(1) Log into your LinkShare Affiliate account at www.linkshare.com.
(2) Click on the "Create Links" tab at the top of the page.
(3) Click on "Medifocus.com, Inc." selected from the list of Merchants.
(4) Click on the "Textual / E-mail" link selected from the "Available Link Types" section (box).
(5) Click on the link Medifocus Guidebook on Peripheral Neuropathy located in the section (box) called "following number of textual links matched your search".
(6) Copy the code provided in the "Code for Link (Textual)" section (copy the code of ONLY one link)...You could use the "Copy Link" button provided below the code to accomplish this task (or just use the "copy" function in your browser)
(7) Paste the copied code into the form (box) below. Submit the form with the code by clicking on the "Submit Query" button below. Shortly thereafter, you will receive on your computer screen a customized page with your personal LinkShare ID number embedded in every link associated with each listed Medifocus Guide (at the bottom half of the page). Save the customized page and install it on your web site.
